INGREDIENTS
2 cups milk
5 tbsp sugar
40 gms plain chocolate
1 tbsp cornflour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 tsp cofee powder
3/4 cup cream-whipped till fluffy
2 tsp gelatin
method
*mix cocoa n cornflour in 1/4th cup milk in a small bowl. boil the rest of
milk with sugar in a hevy bottomed pan. add cocoa n cornflour paste to the
boilin milk stirrin cont.
*add choc brken into peices. cook on low heat for 3 mins till choc
dissolves. add coffee n remove from fire.
*put 1/4 cup water in a small pan. add gelatin. dissolve it on low heat.
mix
the gelatin soln with the choc custard. chill in the freezer till a lil
thick but not set. beat the thick choc custard. add whipped cream to choc
cream. mix gently.
*tranfer to serving dish n refridgerate till set.
